Are you hiring?
Many people would love to work at a bookstore; we know we love it here. We are always accepting resumes and keep them on file for when we do have openings. WE DO NOT DO COLD CALLS, so please provide a resume if you would like to be considered for hiring.
Can you order books in?
Yes! We can order many books in from our warehouses at no extra cost to you! There are cases in which we order "hard to find" books from outside sources and have to charge shipping on them. These books all ship directly to our store. We take special care with special orders and are here to help find those books you treasure.
Can you start carrying.....?
Are you looking for a specific book series? A special gift item you can't find elsewhere? What about that game you saw somewhere but don't know where to find it? We like to carry unique gift items as well as books. Suggest items here.
Will you sell my book?
We love supporting local authors and businesses. That being said, we also cannot read every book that crosses our desk. Providing a synopsis of your book, the book itself, and information on any sales you have done already helps make those decisions a little faster. Please understand we cannot stock every book sent to us and we will get back to you in as timely a manner as possible.
Is there really a coffee shop in the bookstore?
Yes! One of Robin's dreams was to have the Dakota Soda & Coffee Company a part of the bookstore. As Chuck says, "We've got the best beans in town!" Don't believe us? Come try a cup.
Do you have that one book... it's got a (blue/yellow/red/etc) cover.
Oh, it's possible. It's also very possible that we can help you find that special book even if you can't remember the title or author.
Do you have local author's books?
Yes. We have several books from local authors and many regional books. We also provide a space for author signings.
